INGREDIENTES
200 grs. harina
1 huevo
1 cucharada de manteca derretida
250 cm3 de leche (o mitad leche y mitad agua)
manteca o aceite necesarios para cocinarlos.
Sal o azúcar, según lo prefieras para platos dulces o salados(por
ej.:canelones)

PREPARACION
Se bate el huevo junto con la manteca derretida, y se agregan los ingredientes secos (harina, leudante,la sal o el azúcar).Agregamos el líquido lentamente mientras mezclamos, hasta formar una masa homogénea y no muy gruesa. De ser necesario, agregamos más leche o agua.
Dejar reposar unos minutos, y a la sartén!!!-Ojo!no los des
vuelta hasta que la superficie no esté seca!!!
SECRETITOS
Para los panqueques dulces, además del azúcar, podés agregarle una
cucharadita de ralladura de limón o naranja. O también canela en
polvo.-Quedan buenísimos! Para los salados, perejil u orégano y una
pizca de pimienta. Que los disfrutes!!!
